An exciting opportunity to join the team at Sandwell Valley has become available.
We are looking to appoint an experienced Visitor Services team leader, who will be responsible for both Sandwell Park and Forge Mill Farm visitor centres. To undertake the day to day organisation and leadership of the Visitor Services Team.
You will help to develop and deliver our visitor experience and oversee the onsite shops.
You will also manage the existing workforce and take responsibility for the customer experience at Sandwell Visitor Centres, providing a customer focused service, which is courteous, responsive and meets the customers’ needs at all times.
You must have:
- Literacy and Numeracy (Level 2 minimum)
- Gained or are working towards a Level 3 Business Management qualification
- Ability to drive
