The role:
We provide a nurse-led supported living service supporting people with a learning disability in their own home.

Duties include personal care, household duties, administration of medication, and supporting people to access the community, there is a requirement to work day and night shifts on a rotational basis. 

The successful candidate should have experience in a care setting, desirably with people with a learning disability and behaviours that can challenge, and should be flexible to the needs of the service and service users.

This is a full time (37 hours), permanent position

NVQ level 2 in health and social care or equivalent is essential to the post
