Leicestershire County Council has created two exciting new posts looking at further developing our assurance processes. Initially based within the Social Care Reform Programme Team the posts will be a key part in helping us prepare for future CQC Assurance visits.
The posts are for one year fixed term and are available on a secondment basis.
Improvement Manager: Performance Lead
Grade 12: £37,556 - £41,202
This role will suit an ambitious and self-motivated person with experience of performance management, social care policy and quality assurance frameworks, willing to grasp fresh challenges and learn new skills and help Leicestershire County Council to successfully develop a performance culture to underpin the new CQC Assurance regime.
This role will:
Require an experienced and highly skilled and motivated individual that has significant proven and demonstrable ability on working in a similar role to lead our CQC Assurance framework in Adult Social Care.
Develop the performance management and assurance arrangements across adult social care, providing leadership and direction to team members.
Quality Assurance and Service Improvement Officer
Grade 11: £33,558 - £36,231
This role will suit an individual passionate about showing how our services make a difference and who has experience in supporting service improvement and able to demonstrate that our services are helping to improve outcomes for residents by establishing and applying the delivery of project management quality standards within adult social care.
We are looking for:
Excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of social care, an analytical mind and the ability to influence are all essential
The ability to promote and nurture a proactive, continuous improvement culture
