6 Months Fixed Term

You will be responsible for providing technical clerical, administrative and IT support for the Landlord Compliance  service, experience in the use of IT Microsoft packages including Excel, with the ability to upload data and review spreadsheets is essential. Must be willing to learn and work on the Northgate V6 system.

In addition to having good general administrative experience, you will need to have excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines, ensure that data collection is accurate, up-to date and passed to relevant parties in a timely manner. You must have good telephone and communication skills as you will be dealing with calls and enquiries from tenants, contractors and stakeholders. It is essential that the candidate has a ‘can do’ attitude and is willing to support and help others in the team when needed and equally important is to be able to work on your own initiative.
