Our local authority client in the Midlands is looking for an interim Delivery Director, to establish whether, and the extent to which, there is a need for Integrated Service Hubs in the local authority and to provide guidance on the subsequent nature of the provision.  The options appraisal will examine different approaches to fulfilling this provision and will undertake a critical analysis of the feasibility of the options, providing overall conclusions including recommendations and suggest an action plan of next steps. Working in partnership with health colleagues, particularly around the Integrated Care System (ICS); and with the community and voluntary sector has also grown considerably resulting in greater opportunities for collaboration.
