We have a rare and exciting opportunity for the right person to join our friendly team, to support the effective delivery and development of our services.
This role requires a person-centred approach, as well as skills in providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching to the team of support workers, to ensure individualised care and support is delivered in a bespoke way.
The day to day running of the centres is essential to enable the people we support who have a learning disability to learn new skills, socialise and develop friendships, or require support with complex and challenging needs.
As part of this role, you will be required to work in partnership, manage risks, keep accurate records, and ensure health and safety requirements are met.
If you know you have the experience, skills, and passion for this role, then we look forward to hearing from you!
This role requires an enhanced DBS check with an Adults Barred List check. Please note this role involves working in regulated activity with adults.
