Community Development Worker

Adult Learning in Barrow is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as our Community Development Worker. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping the most vulnerable members of our community, be an excellent and persuasive negotiator; have a flexible attitude and a commitment to work to improve life opportunities for learners. Experience of partnership working and an awareness of adult education would be an advantage, but is not essential.
