About You

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic person with outstanding data analysis and presentation skills, and who is able to work flexibly and on their own initiative.

You will have strong ICT, project management, research and analysis skills, with an attention to detail that will support you to produce a range of accurate analytical products that help to make a difference for Bolton’s children, young people and adults.

Your highly developed interpersonal skills will enable you to work in partnership with a range of stakeholders within and outside of the Children and Adults Directorates.

Through your application and interview we encourage you to share brief examples of the experience you will bring to this role.

We are excited to advertise this fabulous opportunity to join the Policy, Strategy and Performance team as we support the Children and Adult’s Directorates, and wider Council, to embrace the challenges brought by covid, tightening budgets and societal change, whilst continuing to implement key strategies that enable Bolton’s residents to start well, live well and age well.

This post plays a vital role in supporting the wide range of services. Safeguarding children, young people and adults is a key priority and we work closely with schools, social care providers and health services to make sure we are collectively providing the best support possible.

You’ll get access to a range of exclusive staff rewards and benefit from 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing to 27 days after five years’ service.
