The role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Housing Assistant to join our Strategic Housing Team. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person who is a team player with a good standard of education and a good level of effective IT skills to achieve work objectives. You will need to have excellent communication skills to effectively carry out this role along with a proactive and flexible approach.

The role is to provide technical support to the Housing Services team(s) to help meet the needs of the service and accurately maintain and update relevant technical databases, client records and systems. To respond appropriately to enquiries from customers and clients. The post holder will be committed to the primary council objectives to ensure that a customer focused service is provided and that service delivery is to the highest standards of customer care and quality.
