We are a small friendly team within a busy HR section, providing learning and development solutions and support across both councils.  The role is varied and provides lots of opportunity for you to interact with a wide group of people and continuously develop your skills.  You will be responsible for planning, designing and delivering a range of in-house courses, creating storyboards for e-learning packages and commissioning external courses.

You should have a genuine passion for learning and development, be able to work flexibly and effectively and, communicate well with a wide range of people.  A working knowledge of MS Office 365 suite of packages especially OneDrive, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Word are essential.
