Our goal is to continue to be a child centred service focusing on practice and creating a difference to the lives of the children and families we come into contact with.

Royal Borough of Greenwich Youth Justice Service is looking for a passionate, resourceful and creative person to join our team to lead on Group work interventions and Children and Young people’s voice.

Using your imaginative and resourceful approach, you will be delivering meaningful and purposeful group work and 1-2-1 interventions to young people known to the Youth Justice Service. Devising an annual group work calendar, using data and young people’s feedback to inform Group work intervention, measuring impact and excellent partnership working, you will embed a standardised response to group work.

We are growing an exciting Creative Arts Hub and Reparation offer as well as on going engagement and group work delivery from providers such as Youth Engagement Team, Street Doctors and Metro, we are excited to see what more you could bring to Royal Borough of Greenwich Youth Justice Service, to inform service delivery.

You will be joining a Team committed to improving the quality of the service that it is providing to young people to improve their life chances.  In return you will be offered a real opportunity to grow and develop professionally.
