We're looking for naturally compassionate people who can help us deliver exceptional care and achieve our vision 'To be the best quality service, safely supporting older people with kindness, dignity, care and compassion to live their life their way'.
If you are ready for the next challenge in your person-centred caring role, this may be the opportunity for you! You will have an important role within our team where you will be supporting, advising and mentoring our Care Assistants to develop their skills and knowledge, whilst also assisting our managers. We will however, support and pay for your training, along with a full Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and uniform and we welcome applications from all sections of the community.

Meadowfield House is one of 16 care homes managed by Lancashire County Council and offers quality, safe, comfortable care and support for up to 47 people across three homely separate areas.
We offer friendly, compassionate, person centred support to people who choose Meadowfield House as their home. We also welcome older people for short term respite stays and admissions for people who need intermediate care services to support their rehabilitation.
