This Administrative Assistant post involve the provision of administrative support across the estate services, predominantly with the building inspection team repairs service. You must be able to work as part of a busy small team and deal sympathetically, with contractors and members of the public often in stressful and demanding circumstances. You should be able to work on your own initiative, incorporating sound numerical and IT skills. You should be flexible and have a positive, problem-solving attitude.
