Essex County Council (ECC) are delighted to be supporting Achieve Together to recruit Bank Support Workers for their residential service, Peach Cottage and Lynray in Braintree.

Shift times can be discussed at interview stage.

Peach and Lynray are two services next to each other, providing residential, bespoke packages of care and support to young adults with learning disabilities. Peach and Lynray use person-centred planning to support people to live the life they choose, make decisions, enhance their daily living and independence skills, understand their rights and responsibilities and access local communities for work, education and training and leisure opportunities.

Support workers treat everyone equally and with the dignity and respect they deserve: you'll play a vital part in providing support that improves the ability to manage daily tasks and enable people to experience independent living and decision making.

    Achieve Together applies a robust recruitment vetting process. If you are successful you will need to undergo a Pre-employment Vetting Procedure.

    As part of employment should your role require a DBS check you will be required to register with the DBS update service. The DBS update service ensures all registered DBS certificates are kept up to date and allows authorised parties to view the status of your certificate.
