We will soon have a temporary vacancy in our Income Business Support Teams. The teams are key in ensuring the provision of an efficient income service by:
- providing vital administrative support for tenancy income services including processing of credit refunds, sign ups and clerical support
- carrying out mandatory duties around Universal Credit rent verification, Right to Buy checks and insolvency orders
- arrears and debt collection and administrative work
The posts are responsible for a wide range of varied and challenging duties as well as dealing with enquiries from tenants, internal and external stakeholders.
You will be part of a busy team working to daily deadlines. You will need to be able to work effectively under pressure and in an accurate and methodical way. We are seeking enthusiastic and determined officers who are keen to make a difference and to provide an excellent service to our residents, Council departments and other partners.
