We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and organised individual who is looking for a challenging new role in our award-winning housing department.

The Housing and Performance Insight Officer will be responsible for supporting managers in producing detailed performance information covering all aspects of the housing service and ensure customer insight plays a key role in service development.

The main purpose of the role is to understand data and performance and use the information to provide reassurance on performance to senior managers and members. You will confidently use performance management systems to collate, analyse and report data and be able to demonstrate similar experience of this in the past.

You will have a proactive approach and willingness to build effective relationships with other departmental teams and keys stakeholders across the organisation.

You need to be a good communicator, well organised, have excellent written, numeral, analytical skills and excellent IT skills.

The postholder needs to be educated to degree level.
