To establish and maintain effective working arrangements with clear and consistent processes of assessment, planning and reviewing of work within the Service Area. The Group Manager will take a lead in the continuing development of the Family Safeguarding model and further embedding this within the service.
Ensuring the effective implementation of service priorities in relation to service delivery continues to reflect the needs and priorities of children, young people, their families’ and carers and local communities, working across service boundaries as necessary in order to ensure alignment and integration of services and achieve improved outcomes.
