We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate to join our Housing Team as a Housing Assistant.

The successful candidate will undertake a wide range of administrative duties in support of our Lettings and Tenancy Teams. In addition to a range of administrative tasks the post-holder will be a first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their housing needs. The role is crucial in ensuring the customer has a positive experience and in the delivery of a consistent, high-quality service.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will be competent in the use of a range of IT packages. 

The Housing Assistants are a small team of officers working closely with the wider Housing section. We offer flexible working, with a very generous holiday entitlement of up to 34 days per year, personal development, and a local government pension.
