You will be an innovative and motivated leader, with a track record in delivering excellent services that provide better outcomes for our communities and responding to change and adapting to customer needs in the future. The successful applicant will lead a broad range of functions that includes working with and advising the Council, Executive, and Members of the Council on all aspects of the service. You will support the Chief Executive with delivering the desired culture and vision of the organisation, embedding this throughout the wider teams.

You will strive for real change and improvement, undertaking transformation and change that will ensure services are better and more cost-effective in the future. We are looking for someone with the right qualities, experience, and energy to drive forward positive change for the area, making a real difference to people's lives.
