An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Co-ordinator to join the Joint Partnership Business Unit that supports Blackburn with Darwen, Blackpool and Lancashire Children's Safeguarding Assurance Partnership (CSAP) and the Safeguarding Adult Boards.  

A Co-ordinator is instrumental to support the effective business delivery for CSAP and the Adult Boards, working closely with our multi-agency Safeguarding Partners and relevant agencies.  An ability to engage, influence and work with partners is essential for this role.  

 

The Joint Partnership Business Unit is seeking dynamic, enthusiastic and innovative candidates who can work under limited supervision, have gained significant experience in working at an operational level, co-ordinating, monitoring and reviewing workflow and resolving day-to-day issues. 

 

We are looking for a resilient individual with excellent interpersonal and project co-ordination skills who can deal with the sensitive and emotional nature of our work. 

 

It would be beneficial for applicants to have some knowledge or experience of working within services related to children, vulnerable adults and families. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: A Secondment opportunity may be considered for this post if you are employed by a partner agency of the Joint Partnership Business Unit. Please speak to your line manager for further details on how to submit an expression of interest.

 

You will be required to provide a car for use in connection with the duties of this post and must be insured for business use. However, we may consider you if you cannot drive because of a disability.
