Essex County Council (ECC) are delighted to be supporting Class (UK) Ltd to recruit Day Centre Support Workers for their day centre service, The Zone Day Centre in Chelmsford.

The shifts are from 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. Full time (5 days a week) and part time (2/3 days per week) vacancies are available.

Class (UK) Ltd are a small, supported living service based in Chelmsford supporting young adults with learning disabilities and autism so that they can live as independently as possible. They pride themselves in promoting choice, independence, and inclusion to allow their service users to live an independent life.

The Zone Day Centre offers a fully person-centred service which provides young disabled adults with an active and socially inclusive day with a healthy selection of sports and leisure activities, giving our service users a unique opportunity to try out new things, whilst continuing to learn, socialise and become more independent.

Class (UK) Ltd are looking for confident and motivated Day Centre Support Workers to join their team at The Zone Day Centre. help support their service users. The day service accesses a number of both in house and off-site activities including swimming, canoeing, cookery, rambling, multi-sports and life skills where you will be employed to support young disabled adults to access activities and help them work towards increasing independence and enabling them to socialise and reach their full potential.
