An exciting leadership opportunity has arisen within the newly created Access and Prevention Portfolio.  This role will particularly appeal to a forward thinking and innovative leader who is passionate about the strategic development and delivery of the Access and Prevention Agenda supporting residents across East Riding of Yorkshire.

The role is wide ranging with a focus on strategic and operational delivery for the Independence and Advice Hub, Hospital Social Work Teams, Disability Resource Team, Carers Support Service, Community Services and the interface between Social Care and Health in the Access and Prevention arena working with partners to fulfil our statuary duties.

You will join the senior leadership team and work across Adult Social Care, providing leadership both strategically and operationally supporting developments within the Access and Prevention Portfolio.  We seek a resilient and influential leader to take the portfolio into the next chapter, ensuring effective partnership working both internally, externally and with Health Partners to influence and shape partnership working and integration around the developing ICB.

We require a dedicated and ambitious individual who likes a challenge and is willing to invest in their own learning and development as well as that of the teams working within the portfolio.  You will join an innovative organisation which is committed to the ongoing professional development of its staff at all levels and will become part of a highly supportive and collegiate leadership team.  Ongoing opportunities are available to further enhance your professional knowledge and skills.

Based at County Hall, Beverley for 37 hours per week as part of a full-time permanent contact.  Remote work opportunities are also available.
