An exciting opportunity has arisen to join HR Frontline. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated customer service advisor with a ‘can do’ attitude to join our team. The role is fixed term until June 2024.
In this role you will deal with a wide range of HR related customer enquiries primarily by telephone but also including e-mail. You will be expected to provide a high quality, customer-focused service for all service users at the first point of contact, and you will work alongside customer service experts who will help you achieve the best outcomes for the service you provide.
You must have:
- Experience of working with Microsoft Packages and Oracle
- The ability to interpret and advise on HR policy and procedure at the first point of telephone contact
You must be:
- Educated to NVQ level 2 or above
- Willing to work in a flexible manner to meet the needs of the service
- A strong team player who is driven to deliver the best possible customer service
- Organised and able to move comfortably between tasks when necessary
