Experience in a residential conveyancing practice is essential for all roles as you will be acting for several Councils in relation to a wide range of demanding residential local authority land matters.
Experience in leading and managing complex residential transactions, advice and management of fee earners and clients is essential for the principal solicitor role along with a knowledge of the local government legislation and governance.
