Are you looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting and fulfilling opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic HR team.
About Us:
Rushcliffe Borough Council provides high-quality services to more than 110,000 residents in a borough made up of vibrant towns and stunning villages. Our Council offices are located in West Bridgford, Nottingham in a purpose built office and leisure centre facility, the Rushcliffe Arena.
The Role:
Our small HR team provide a professional and pro-active service to 320 staff. We offer the whole range of HR services, from the HR transactional practices, policy development, employee relations, learning and development, to reward and engagement. Reporting into the Strategic HR Manager, the HR Business Partner works at a senior level and will share their expertise with the team and support the organisation delivering on the corporate objectives.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, flexible and capable of dealing with a busy, challenging and varied workload.
