We are recruiting for a Service Improvement Officer to join Tenancy Services

This will be a fixed term temporary post (or secondment if internal) running until the end of March 2025

The Tenancy Enforcement Teams at Royal Greenwich, have responsibility for the management of 21,000 Council Homes. We are looking to recruit two Service Improvement Officers (SIOs) who will have responsibility for handling customer complaints, member, and MP enquiries along side Freedom of Information (FOI) requests and data protection requests (DPRs) We are also seeking to recruit a Service Improvement Assistant and the two SIOs will jointly manage this post.

You will need to have experience in a variety of administration duties, good IT skills and the necessary skills to establish a problem-solving approach to the handling of complaints. We aim to resolve complaints quickly to the satisfaction of all parties wherever possible whilst managing conflicting priorities and demands working within a busy public facing service. We aim to provide the highest quality responses to our customers.

The post holders will report to the two Tenancy Support Team Leaders within Tenancy Services.
