Objective of role
Are you a keen and responsive Customer focused team player?
Working within Facilities Management in the Operations team, we are looking for a multitasker who takes responsibility and sees a task through to resolution.
You will need to prioritise your own workload whilst maintaining an essential customer focus, working to support the wider team in a range of tasks that can be a challenge but comes with personal growth, acknowledgement and a sense of a job well done.
About the role
The FM Support Administrator is a key role in creating that excellent first impression providing exemplary advice, guidance and service in a polite, friendly and professional manner, in keeping with the expectations of our customers across our corporate building portfolio.
To facilitate and engage in all areas of the Operations team, including event and meeting Management and equipment support. This will include end to end liaison with internal and external clients and suppliers in line with pre-defined processes, terms and conditions.
Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Experience – Experience of providing excellent Customer focused services for bespoke requests, working with changing deadlines and managing your own workload in support of a wider team.
Skills – to be a proactive team player, working with resilience and with a ‘can do’ attitude. Follow process with accuracy and attention to detail, working to resolve issue with sensible and workable solutions.
To provide support outside of usual working hours as required and to work across the Better Service Partnership as needed.
