We are looking for kind, compassionate candidates interested in the opportunity to make a real difference to our teams and the people we support, to join us as Supervisor at Parkview Gardens Residential Care Home.

It’s important to us that you have the right values and behaviours, engaging and encouraging staff to deliver care in a person-centred and dignified way, with the ability lead by example, set high standards and motivate our teams.

Our supervisors are responsible for managing and supporting the performance of all members of the team, encouraging and promoting best practice at all times, administration of medication and to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Care Quality Commission (CQC), as well as other regulatory bodies.

Ideally you will have a QCF level 3 in Care or equivalent qualification, and have some experience of team leadership, although this is not essential. We offer a robust induction, and we will support the successful candidate with any relevant training.

About Our Home

Parkview Gardens is a 60 bedded two-storey residential home for older adults living with dementia, sensory impairment, and physical disabilities. Parkview Gardens is divided into five houses, with all the houses containing separate dining/communal areas.

We have a self-serve café/seating area on the ground floor and upstairs we have a shop and hairdressers, laundry for residents to do their own washing and drying if they so wish.

Working within our Residential Care Service will typically involve working shifts over 7 days per week, 365 day a year – this will include alternate weekends (as part of a set rota) and Bank Holidays.
