Royal Greenwich Commissioning are looking for a team support officer to provide administrative support to the Client affairs team.

The Client affairs Team in Personalised Support & HAS Financial Services is responsible for appointeeship and deputyship duties, best Interest decisions and COP applications, client visits and reports to OPG. It also manages Section 46 cases and assists with finalising deceased appointeeship/deputyship cases.
We are looking for someone with a keen interest in providing clerical and administrative support to the team, someone who is eager to learn, and is driven and self-motivated to deliver high quality work for a truly unique and exciting London borough.
The right person will work closely with other officers within the Client Financial Affairs Team for Adults Social Care. Among other duties, they will be responsible for post coming into and going out from the team, including collection, opening, scanning, sorting and distributing within the team. They will assist with chasing invoices from outside contractors, update and maintain the team’s internet banking system, client record systems; and to undertake any other work appropriate to the level and general nature of this post’s duties.

This is a hybrid position – a combination of a few days in the office during the week, and a few days of remote work. Working pattern to be agreed.
