An opportunity has arisen for the position of Team Leader in the Revenue and Payments Team. The post involves leading a dedicated team of staff at all levels to deliver an effective and efficient service charging and paying for Social Care Services.

The successful candidate should have extensive experience in working in an environment related to charging for and/or payment for Social Care Services or similar organisation, including experience in interpreting and applying complex legislation and evaluating and developing policies and systems.  In addition, you will have experience of supervising staff including selection and recruitment, disciplinary matters and the distribution of work.  

You will have strong leadership skills and have the ability to motivate staff to maximise performance.
